New gym
I haven’t been to the gym in a couple of months as I cancelled my old membership and signed up to a new gym at half the price, which is not completely built. My business partner Mike has joined so we will go together, religiously, 3 times a week – I have had good results with a programme called Stronglifts – you can check out the site at www.stronglifts.com
Freedom!
I left employed work today in pursuit of making a success of my business, which is an online shop selling building conservation materials. It was sad to go but for a good cause. I hope to stay in touch with my old colleagues and wish them all well for the future.
